Noize!
Produced for the City of Elgin, Illinois Utility Box Wrapping Program
Noize! is a custom stylized design that take cues from camouflage and aerial perspectives. Its colors, cyan and magenta, are two of the four colors used to print consumer packaging and color images (yellow and black are the others). The intense, contrasting colors draw attention while the forms allude to fields and subdivisions of the Midwest. Unlike camouflage, which is designed to conceal my pattern is overtly loud and designed to attract.
